Nope, Not Dead Yet

Here’s some good news for every older woman reading this WOW post: You’re not only not dead yet, there’s also a fun, new podcast designed especially for you, aptly titled, “We Ain’t Dead Yet,” that is sure to lift your spirits regarding this often-baffling stage of life.

In their new podcast, creators and hosts Lori Dube and Constance Bauer – longtime friends and recently retired professionals in their sixties – explore the major issues impacting the hearts and minds and souls of all of us women over sixty. I was honored recently to be one of their first interviewees.

Please listen to our wide-ranging conversation by clicking here: Listen Here! Or, they told me, you can just Google We Ain’t Dead Yet podcast or search for it on your own podcasting app.

As their podcast’s cover photo shows, Constance, a former attorney and psychotherapist, is more furious about the aging process and the way women in their third act are ghosted by society; and Lori, a former social worker, is more curious about how she can lean into and learn from this ongoing exploration.

For us, it will be exciting to journey with them as they seek more and more illuminating conversations about life, love, and purpose after sixty.

So please listen to our conversation (at the link above) – as you’re driving your car or walking the dog or doing the dishes — and then let Constance and Lori know what you think. As Constance says, “We would love to hear from you! Do you have ideas for future podcasts? Want to be a guest on our podcast? Please send your comments, suggestions, criticisms, and/or encouragement to:  WeAintDeadYetPod@gmail.com .”  Also, visit their website:  https://wady.buzzsprout.com .

We’re all in this together. Let’s keep the conversations going!
